Working and innovating during automotive education

By Marion de Boo

The automotive industry is facing big challenges the coming years and the availability of good educated technological talent is more important than ever. That is why the initiative has been taken to offer students a so-called 'hybrid' learning environment. It is a combination of  education in the workplace of companies and education at school. As kick-start for the automotive sector the results of the two-year pilot at the HAN have been presented on January 21th, at the Cleantech Campus on Industriepark Kleefse Waard near Arnhem.  Also Fontys Hogeschool from Eindhoven en Hogeschool Rotterdam shared their experiences.
