Aftermarket Readiness

The Aftermarket Readiness Group is part of the AM Customer Support Department (EPO) in Nijmegen. One of the main tasks of this group is the coordination of the part investment process for newly introduced HYG products into EMEA. Output implementation from Engineering systems into customer facing systems, to ensure the availability of service parts during the service life of HYG products, is also one of the responsibilities.

Accountabilities:

As EMEA representative from the Aftermarket Parts organisation in (Global) Core teams you:

  • Ensure that the service-part support is arranged before the first new products will be shipped to the customers.
  • Are taking the responsibility that all the deliverables are met per project-milestone. (Review Gate)
  • Can create part investment proposals, where you can combine both technical and commercial mind.
  • Are able to evaluate your investment for at least 18 months after project launch, to ensure that there is sufficient stock to serve EMEA Dealers.
  • Can create Recommended Dealer Stocking List (RDSL) for new products.

Besides participating in project team meetings you’re able to:

  • Implement Engineering changes into the customer facing systems.
  • Analyse parts and technical solutions to meet requirements during the lifecycle of HYG products.
 

Knowledge

Required:

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering (HTS)
  • Automotive knowledge and work experience (1-5 years)
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language (spoken and written)
  • Analytical skills in MS Excel / MS Access
